DESCRIPTION:We have received notice that the Guild 10 Bell striking competition will be held on the morning of Saturday 23rd November at St Thomas the Martyr in Central Oxford.  The test piece will Grandsire Caters and details of the test piece should arrive soon along with the entry form. \nThis competition is open to one team for each branch (not towers) so\, as in previous years\, I’ll be recruiting a band and arranging practices etc.  I hope we can have at least one practice session before the event\, usually on the morning of the race\, but others if possible. \nIf you are a competent Grandsire Caters ringer and would like to represent the Newbury Branch\, please let me know. \nRegards\nMark
